What You’ll Do:
- Actively contributing to new product development, in collaboration with the R&D team.
- Sourcing and managing the procurement of mechanical components and machine systems.
- Defining and implementing machine assembly procedures, in coordination with the workshop teams.
- Mechanical design of new innovative systems, particularly for all process-related systems.
- Supervising machine assembly, ensuring technical and functional compliance.
- Driving continuous improvement of existing machines, by proposing and implementing practical and measurable improvements.
What You Bring:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in industrial machinery or high-tech environments. Experience in industrial manufacturing, automation, or precision engineering is highly preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanical design methods, tools, and techniques. Experience in managing large assemblies will be considered.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You have a keen eye for detail and are capable of strong analytical skills. You know how to solve problems effectively and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Team Collaboration: You work well with cross-functional teams, understanding the importance of communication and teamwork in ensuring the highest quality standards.
- Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or PTC Creo.
- Educational Background: A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Relevant industrial certifications are a plus.
