We are proud to announce a major milestone in the development of Lines Manufacturing: the opening of our expanded production facility in Eschau, France, in close collaboration with Huron Group — a French industrial powerhouse celebrating its 200th anniversary this year.

14,000 m² of Industrial Capability

The new Eschau site represents a dramatic expansion of our operational footprint. With a total surface area of 14,000 square metres, the facility gives Lines Manufacturing the space, infrastructure, and industrial environment needed to produce, assemble, test, and commission machines of significantly larger dimensions than was previously possible.

This is not simply a bigger building — it is an entirely new level of industrial capability. Larger build volumes. More complex machine configurations. Greater throughput for our production services team. And critically, the ability to operate and maintain large-scale additive manufacturing equipment in conditions that match the demands of our most ambitious industrial clients.

The new site has been specifically designed for the manufacturing of large high-precision machines

A Partnership Rooted in History and Innovation

The collaboration with Huron Group brings together two very different points on the French industrial timeline: a company with two centuries of machining and manufacturing heritage, and a deeptech startup at the frontier of additive manufacturing. What we share is a commitment to precision, quality, and the conviction that French industry has a leading role to play in the next generation of production technology.

Huron's expertise in high-precision machine tools and their deep industrial knowledge of the Alsatian manufacturing ecosystem make them an ideal partner as Lines scales its production operations. We are grateful for their confidence in our vision and for the infrastructure they have made available to support our growth.

Agile assembly areas to maximize the factory's capacity

Stronger Global Operational Reach

The new facility also enhances our ability to support clients across Europe and internationally. With greater production capacity and a larger service and support team, Lines Manufacturing is now better positioned to deploy, install, and operate large-scale additive manufacturing systems with clients wherever they are — from France to Germany, from the Mediterranean to the North Sea.

As demand for large-format polymer additive manufacturing continues to grow across mobility, defence, marine, and infrastructure sectors, this expansion ensures that Lines has the industrial backbone to meet it.

Looking Ahead

This opening marks not the end of a phase, but the beginning of a new one. Over the coming months, the Eschau site will grow into a full-scale centre of excellence for large-scale additive manufacturing — combining production, R&D, client demonstrations, and workforce training under one roof.

We invite clients, partners, and industry observers to come and see for themselves. Contact us to schedule a visit. The door is open.
